Also I find it really interesting to read what you eat. Is that weird? Suspect LOL. Seriously though, you eat stuff I've never even heard of wtf is a brisket? Sounds like tiny bread. I know i could just google it, but I'm too lazy! Also, do you like wraps or what? LOL

Consider me on the sidelines cheering you on! cheers

Thanks! It's hard work, but it is definitely worth it! Either way, it helps to have people providing positive energy, especially on those long days! And I'm not the only soldier on the field. Although Amanda isn't doing a journal, she is applying the same healthy perspective to her life that I am.

It's not weird to find what people eat interesting. In fact there are whole entire shows dedicated to the subject... channels even. A brisket is a large cut of meat from what I believe is the chest of a cow. It is very flavorful and yummy. I cooked ours in a crockpot with mushroom gravy, apple cider, and crushed gingersnaps it tasted awesome! Kinda like a roast.

And yes, I freaking love wraps!! Since we buy the lower carb soy-flour tortillas, they are very healthy and nutritious. I love filling them with lots of good veggies, it's how I enjoy eating my salads.
